A private weekday cruise exclusively for your group on a 39 passenger 50 foot canopy covered pontoon excursion boat will no doubt be the favorite adventure of the day. This quiet relaxing vessel will take you on a soothing guided tour of lovely Kent Lake located in the heart of the scenic 4337 acre recreational area that abounds with wildlife. 11:15 - 12:12 p.m.    Kensington Metropark Farm Learning Center


The Farm Center is a place for discovery by touching and exploring. Your guide will walk you down the farm lanes to view the numerous farm animals and absorb the sights, sounds, smells and activities of this working farm. (Cost $5.00 p/p inclusive with a minimum of 30 people. A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is due 14 days prior to arrival)

12:30 - 1:30 p.m.    Kensington Metropark Picnic Lunch


Picnic opportunities are so rare on motor coach outings that your guests will be pleasantly surprised by your creative luncheon selection. Weather permitting; your alfresco lunch will be served at a picnic table in the lovely metro park setting. Be sure your patrons are dressed for the weather to insure their comfort. Crank’s Catering. 1:45 - 2:45 p.m.    Kensington Metropark Nature Center


The Nature Center is an educational exploration. Exhibits relating to the wildlife in the park can be viewed and touched in the Nature Center Building. Nature enthusiasts enjoy a guided tour of the adjacent labeled Nature Trails. (Cost $5.00 per person inclusive with a minimum of 30 people. A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is due 14 days prior to arrival)
3:30 - 4:15 p.m.    Great Harvest Bread Company


There’s nothing like the aroma of freshly baked bread. This stop is a real feast for the olfactory senses. Your guests will be treated to a taste of freshly baked bread and will be able to chat with the bakers to learn the secrets of this delicious treat. Tours are given on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday only. (Cost: No Charge)

4:15 - 4:45 p.m.    Mill Pond Strolling and Shopping


One of the best features of downtown Brighton is the Mill Pond area. Your guests won’t know what to do or view first. Their choices include: watching children playing or exploring the imagination station playground, a leisurely stroll on the tridge (three tiered bridge crisscrossing the pond), feeding the local ducks, or visiting the many shops and boutiques adjacent to the lovely Mill Pond area.
